Head of Student Success

C4Q is transforming the tech industry by empowering underserved, low-income, and underrepresented communities with skills, networks, and opportunity through its innovative Access Code program. We believe that creating a more inclusive tech community with a diversity of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences will strengthen the industry and fuel the growth of local Queens and NYC tech companies. Despite the incredible promise of the tech sector as a vehicle to the middle class, significant barriers to entry engender a lack of access to these growing opportunities.
